Colour of the Week: Pansy Purple

I love purple in the autumn, especially rich purples like this one that remind me on Pansy's which bring colour to cold, wet and windy days! I've created some palettes featuring Pansy Purple (below) that I hope inspire your autumnal creations or just make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside!

Introducing a new feature.. "Pinspiration"

I think it's pretty obvious what it is from the title but I thought it would be fun to share a selection of my favourite pins each week. This weeks collection has an all together autumnal feel as the air starts to get a chill, the leaves start to turn, you start to have to layer.. I just love the colours and shapes of autumn!

P.S I made the apple and cinnamon flapjacks and they were absolutely delicious! They're also perfect for using all the apples coming off the trees right now and SO easy, give it a go!

Colour of the Week: Pumpkin

Bit of an autumnal feel to this week's Colour of the Week as we start to think about the transition into autumn. I'm always sad to see the end of summer but there are such gorgeous colours in autumn that I do love it's arrival!

This week's colour is one of Pantone's Fall 2013 Colours (they call it Koi) which you can see here.

Below I have created colour palettes featuring Pumpkin, I hope they inspire you and make you excited for autumn!
