I read Jessica Swift's Jump Trust Repeat recently (absolutely loved it and highly recommend it!) and love her attitude of trusting your gut and following your dreams, and thought this was a great quote to share with you all!

Colour of the Week: Caramel

Apologies in advance if this week's Colour of the week makes you feel rather peckish! I've noticed a lot of caramel around lately, in recipes and in fashion, and thought it would make a great Colour of the Week.. now who fancies some salted caramel apple pie?

Introducing a new feature.. "Pinspiration"

I think it's pretty obvious what it is from the title but I thought it would be fun to share a selection of my favourite pins each week. This weeks collection has an all together autumnal feel as the air starts to get a chill, the leaves start to turn, you start to have to layer.. I just love the colours and shapes of autumn!

P.S I made the apple and cinnamon flapjacks and they were absolutely delicious! They're also perfect for using all the apples coming off the trees right now and SO easy, give it a go!
